The business plan intro course will teach you how to build a solid model with basic excel, easy formulation and a simple but operational and detailed business plan.
Business plan intro
Having a business plan is essential for any business, regardless of the company stage or trading sector.
A business plan will help you to take decisions, which can range from product viability, pricing, hiring, budgeting purposes, funding needs, or even pitching an idea to raise funds to name a few; which ultimately means making the right strategic decisions, and minimising the risk of those.
This course will provide you a simple and insightful overview to create your very first business plan for a traditional company called “sneaker mania”.
During this course, we will follow the journey of two entrepreneurs who decide to run a sneaker business whilst in university.
