This course focuses on the detailed modeling of the debt in the capital structure of the company; for which we provide a theoretical introduction by the hand of our expert in the subject.

This module is taught with a more advanced conceptual level; we assume that you have knowledge of finance and financial modeling; and if this is not the case, you can review our introductory course before entering the Debt course.


Our intention is that at the end of this course you can:

  • Understand the key terms and definitions of funding tools
  • Modelling the main financing tools.

In the course we will include financial model templates that you can download for your own use. Each business is unique and you can adjust the design, but the important thing is that you have acquired the necessary modeling skills to work on any business.
